What we collect When you book a court or a coaching session, message us, or fill in the contact form, we collect your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your booking. Visiting the site itself creates the usual basic technical logs.

Why we collect it We use this only to confirm and manage your booking, answer your message, and keep track of who's on court when.

Who sees it Your details are seen by our own staff handling bookings, and by our card payment processor if you pay by card. We don't pass anything to anyone else.

How long we keep it Booking and contact details are kept only as long as we need them to run the club and deal with any follow-up, then removed.

Your rights You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just get in touch using the contact details on this site.
